The local branch of the Norwegian model railways-enthusiasts club and the Technical Hobby Group in Bergen invites all interested in technical hobbies to an exhibition. On display at the exhibition there will be remote controlled boats, aeroplanes, helicopters and cars. There will also be several train layouts, from small gauge to larger trains.

26 April 2014 is the date for this years Bergen City Marathon. We look forward to yet another festival in Bergen’s streets and alleyways! Bergen City Marathon was held for the first time in 2012 and consists of Marathon, Half Marathon, Thon Run and the "Sprek" Relay.

For the fourth time, Bergen has the honour of being an official host port and organiser of The Tall Ships Races. Almost 100 of the biggest and most beautiful sailing ships in the world will gather in the harbour, Vågen, with more than 3,000 crew members from more than 30 nations between the ages of 15 and 25. Everything is set for an unforgettable celebration.
