Morten Harket, Magne Furuholmen and Paul Savoy of A-ha plays farewell concert in Bergen 28 August at Brann Stadion.
The debut album "Hunting High and Low", released in 1985, sold over 10 million albums worldwide. A-ha have released nine studio albums, and even more live albums. Their latest album is called Foot of the Mountain and has also sold platinum in Germany.
The band has won 17 major awards worldwide, including eight MTV awards and nine Grammy Awards. A-ha has held nearly 500 concerts worldwide and recorded in the Guinness World Records after they had 198,000 spectators at Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro in January 1991.
Their latest world tour, called "Ending on a High Note - Farewell Tour 2010" starts 4 March in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and ends at home with three concerts at the beginning of December in Oslo Spektrum.
28. August can the people of Bergen look forward to a rare a-ha experience when Norway's biggest pop bands of all time holding a concert at Brann Stadion.
