Description
- Huge fjord, huge experience

The Sognefjord is Norway’s longest and deepest fjord. The King among fjords lies in the middle of Fjord Norway and stretches more than 200 kilometres inwards to the foot of the Jotunheimen Mountain. The dramatic and friendly landscape claims to be one of the most beautiful travel destinations in the world.

Our round trip combines a boat trip on the Sognefjord with a spectacular train journey on the popular Flåm Railway. The trip by express boat provides views of the magnificent mountains along the Aurlandsfjord, where high up you can see small mountain farms clinging to the sides of the mountains.

If you wish to stay the night during your trip, there are several Fjord Pass®-hotels in the area. If you stay overnight in Flåm, we recommend a kayak trip on the Aurlandsfjord or a lovely hiking trip in the Flåmsdalen valley. You can also combine this tour with a trip to Dalsfjord and the Gaularfjell mountain. In this case you will need an overnight stay in Balestrand. The journey can also be made in the opposite direction.

Season: May 1. – September 30.
